The future of mental health is looking bright

Due to advancements in and access to advanced lab testing, technology, research and understanding of the multifactorial etiology of mental and physical health imbalances, people all over the globe are getting access to truly revolutionary care. Not only is this approach natural and safe, but profoundly effective.

We understand how frustrating it is to be one of the millions who don't find lasting relief from SSRIs or talk therapy alone.

While modern healthcare includes many essential professionals, the system as a whole isn't built to provide the time, answers, or root-cause solutions that chronic conditions require.

That's why we offer exactly that: individualized care and comprehensive solutions. You deserve practitioners who listen, who explain, and who support your healing every step of the way.

Jack Sabraw, CMT, HHC, FDN
Founder & Practitioner

Hello, my name is Jack Sabraw, founder of Seed to Fruit. I’m a Functional Health Practitioner, Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Board-Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Natural Medicine & Herbalism Practitioner, and a psychology graduate from UC Berkeley. For over a decade, I’ve helped individuals from all walks of life reclaim their health.

My journey into this work began with my own mental health struggles. Like millions of others–over 42 million in the U.S. alone, and over 1 billion globally–I found no relief from the standard of care[1].  That was before I found functional medicine and mindfulness. For the first time, I had data that uncovered the root causes of my symptoms and provided a clear path forward. With the right guidance, I was able to make changes that transformed my life within months. That’s why I now dedicate myself to helping others access the same clarity and transformation.

Research

Receive personalized and evidence-based support through modalities such as nutrition, mindfulness, natural medicine, and more.

Nutrition

Research shows that whole food diets like the Mediterranean diet are linked to lower rates of depression and anxiety. Nutrient deficiencies are also associated with increased risk of mood disorders.

Mindfulness-Based Programs

Studies show mindfulness programs significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress in both clinical and non-clinical populations.

Natural Medicine

Emerging research suggests that individuals using herbal and natural medicine therapies often experience  relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Behavioral Sleep Medicine
Research shows that behavioral sleep medicine approaches — including CBT-I, sleep hygiene, and circadian alignment — not only improve sleep quality but also reduce symptoms of mental health conditions.
Exercise
Growing evidence shows that regular physical activity helps regulate the HPA axis and significantly reduces symptoms such as low mood, fatigue, stress, and concentration difficulties.
